Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you accepted the package, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

Gift: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift points corresponding to the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift certificate will be sent to your account. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you at a later time, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and he will know about your return.
